She brings along the experience in the area of Training, Curricula development, modules development on various areas. Geetha has directly trained over 5,000+ students, teachers, lecturers and corporate professionals including from companies such as IBM. Her work has impacted a few lakhs of students with her developing scalable models on Communicative English, Career Counseling . She is on the board of couple of non profits and volunteered in various NGOs. She has a flair for art forms like music, dance, painting.
