The Movement F3 is Fitter Faster FLY Program: It is designed to promote physical fitness and healthy lifestyles among our students and stakeholders. Our program is designed to be inclusive, fun, and engaging for all participants.

Physical Fitness

We provide opportunities for students and stakeholders to engage in physical activity, such as exercise classes, sports, and outdoor activities(skippin, yoga, cycling, running etc)  We believe that physical fitness is essential for overall health and well-being.

Nutritional Education

At FLY, we provide information and resources on healthy eating and nutrition to our students and stakeholders. We believe that a healthy diet is an important part of a healthy lifestyle. 

Mental Health Support

We provide resources and support for mental health and stress management. We believe that mental health is an essential component of overall health and well-being.

Community Building

We promote community building through group activities, such as group exercise classes and team sports. We believe that building a sense of community and belonging is essential for overall well-being.
