With over 9 years of experience working in the Education sector, Sai Manoj is passionate about providing contextual and age-appropriate education catering to the unique needs of children and youth.
Sai Manoj completed his Engineering from Geetanjali College of Engineering & Technology and worked in a non-profit Nirmaan Organization for 8 months. Later, he ventured into teaching through Teach for India fellowship for 2 years. Post fellowship, he explored different alternative educational spaces and worked as a teacher and as a teacher educator. Further, he studied Sustainable and Holistic education in Bhoomi college to broaden his perspective on education.
He currently works for a non-profit Leadership for Equity working towards systematic transformation of Public Education.
