An alumnus of BITS Pilani, Shri Chandra Sekhar Putchakayala is deeply passionate about holistic development through education. With over 20 years of blended experience across MNCs, non-profits, schools, and colleges in India and abroad, he brings a rare integration of corporate insight, social impact, and educational leadership. He has spearheaded multiple large-scale educational initiatives, impacting nearly 1.5 million lives across 15 states in India. His work has been recognised through several national and international awards, including BITS Pilani Alumni Association's "30 Under 30" for social entrepreneurship.

Smt. Geetha Chandra Sekhar is a passionate educator, counselling psychologist, and active meditator, with over a decade and half of experience in teaching, training, curriculum development, program design, and psychology. She has directly trained more than 10,000 students, teachers, lecturers, and corporate professionals, and has indirectly impacted several lakhs of learners. Her contributions have earned multiple recognitions, including an honour in the Wonder Book of Records. A music enthusiast and NGO volunteer, she anchors FLY's academic philosophy with empathy, structure, and purpose.

Dr. Geetha Challa Garu is a highly respected psychologist and social contributor, Founder of Manojgruthi & Sudhisha Counseling Centers and Multiple World Record Holder. Through her counselling centres, she has supported several Lakhs of individuals and families in building emotional resilience. As an Advisor to FLY Holistic Schools, she plays a vital role in shaping the school's emphasis on emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and conscious living.

Dr. Alok Agrawal Garu (MD, FASN, FNKF) is a distinguished medical professional, academician, and mentor. As a Clinical Professor of Medicine and Ex-President of Gandhi Medical College Alumni Association, he has shaped the careers of countless medical professionals. He leads the Global Pragathi NGO, supporting Lakhs of people in India and USA. As an Advisor to FLY, he guides the school's approach to health awareness, preventive healthcare, and wellbeing.

Sai Manoj brings over nine years of experience in the education sector. An engineering graduate, he started with Nirmaan Organization and served as a Teach for India fellow. He has worked in various alternative educational environments and is currently involved with Leadership for Equity, focusing on systemic transformation in public education.
